07 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
08 - 0.5 cup water
09 - 0.5 cup granulated sugar
→ Blueberry Syrup
10 - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
11 - 0.5 cup water
12 - 0.5 cup granulated sugar
→ Mint Syrup
13 - 1 cup water
14 - 0.5 cup granulated sugar
15 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves
→ Peach Syrup
16 - 1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)
17 - 0.5 cup water
18 - 0.5 cup granulated sugar
# Steps:
01 - In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved, then add cold water and mix until homogenous. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
02 - For each fruit syrup, combine the designated fruit, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes. Gently mash the fruit to extract juices.
03 - Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar, discarding the solids. Allow the syrup to cool completely before transferring to serving bottles.
04 - In a saucepan, heat water and granulated sugar to a simmer, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat, add mint leaves, and cover to steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a jar and cool thoroughly.
05 - Arrange the chilled lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Place each cooled and strained syrup into labeled bottles or jars. Set out garnishes, ice cubes, and glasses for guests.
06 - Pour lemonade into a glass over ice. Mix in desired syrup (approximately 1–2 tablespoons per serving) and garnish with lemon slices or mint as preferred.
